DIF/Blender
From TDN
Blender can export to the Valve 220 map format which in turn can be feed into map2dif or map2dif_plus to produce a .dif file
The exporter is still new and there are many rules to follow to get an object to export correctly.
See the footnotes in this chart for downloads http://tdn.garagegames.com/wiki/DIF/FeatureChart
I recommend using Benoit Touchette's plugin found here: http://draekko.atspace.com/export-map-0.1.6.tar.gz
Once it is installed you will have the option to export to Quake 3 (.map)

Blender DIF Export Process
The procedure is:
- Create a model in Blender with convex polygons (ie no inward facing "dents")
This pretty much means stick to cubes, cylinders etc
- Go to object view and select every object you want exported
- type a name that ends in ".map"
- Open Constructor and go "File>Open File..." then select your .map file
You should now see the map appear in the 4 view windows
- Export the DIF ("File>Export as DIF...")
- Add it to your TGEA scene.
