Why ContentStandardTOCright?

The old method of getting the Table of Contents to float to the right of the screen resulted in the TOC hugging the right side of the browser. When the browser was thinner than the page, the TOC would appear over the content. ContentStandardTOCright addresses that issue.

TOCleft works as expected however.
